You stay in line your like 4 minutes then when you are in the front of the line it takes like 2 minutes just to order a drink then they talk instead of getting what needs to be done but there is nothing wrong with the drink or food

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. I waited in line with no customers in front of me for 5 minutes before I was helped. After I ordered I still never got my drink. 30 minutes later I went to the register to ask for a refund. I got a smile clerk said sorry have a nice day! I sure will, I'm going to go out of my way to warn people about the poor service here. They could have saved a life long customer by showing customer service. Maybe a free drink next visit? Nope, but I guess I was expecting old school customer service. I could see the prioritize the drive through, so if you are coming here you will have better service in their drive through. Maybe?

Had several good experiences here. The staff "friendliness" all depends on who you meet that day, which goes for any place really. I always got my order quickly and the internet speed is decent enough to stream movies, if wanted. The fact that this location is usually busy proves they are doing something right.

Whenever I ask for light ice, they never follow through. This has happened on several occasions and the last time it happened, I mentioned it to the barista in the drive thru and he glared and shut the window on me while I was trying to talk to him. SO RUDE. See you in court

Rude staff. Didn't mix my drink at all. The drink was overfilled and they knew that when they handed it to me, so it spilled all over my car. Won't come to this one again!
